I'm looking for ideas on organizing wholesale marketing campaigns.

Our county auditor site is nicely organized with bed/bath, square ft, etc. if a property seems to have sold for outside the typical window I see I look it up in Zillow or sibcycline.com (a local Company that stores the previous 3 years of sales) to determine the prior condition of the property.

If you already have a website, try focusing on organic traction through blogs and relevant added value content.

I had a few questions come up over the last week while I'm trying to get paperwork together and build my system for keeping everything organized.1.

Im very organized and good at researchingSelected a location (raleigh NC) 3 beds 2 bath with a yard preferably closer to city center.  

Some people may look organized, collected & wholesome on social media, but behind closed doors they may be messy, negligent & not a great candidate.

Does it affect a private organization's internal rules?
