It has helped my company quite a bit in the beginning to manage who we are talking to, what our last conversations were, sending out mass emails, etc.

I'm not familiar with having work done in Mass, but $25k seems crazy high!

I don't really see a need why they would, but I wasn't sure from a legal standpoint.I am in Mass.

I've heard you can go on different county places to see the listings before they show up on mass sites like Zillow and etc.

I've only done commercial RE renos with a 'plugged-in' architect and 'connected' expeditors.Even though it's under the clean image of Fulop, the muscle memory and the seedy institutions that make it the most corrupt city in the history of the United States live on indefinitely.  

I am new to investing but want to move into this full time as soon as possible as a house flipper and buy and hold RE investor in Western, Mass.

I've encountered issues before with my printer when doing mass-mailings, and it was a pain.

I have the money to start another mass mailing campaign, but my sticking point is that I don't know how to accurately estimate repair cost.
