The main reason I joined BP was the massive support of this community!  

Urban living can afford the same outdoor experiences as suburban or rural (just come to Denver and hang out at one of our many parks on a weekend for beautiful trees, open fields, and PLENTY of space to set up and hang out however you want - and you don't have to take care of a massive yard to get all that enjoyment!

My strategy is to build a massive income from wholesaling and flipping so that I can buy MORE rentals.

I have designed a few public restrooms where I typically use concrete block and stainless steel. 

That does sound like a pretty massive job though.

Our new home and a vacation rental on Hutchinson Island are all in the direct path of this massive storm.

I started to talk to the county to inquire about the zoning regulations/process but haven't heard any concrete information yet, still in process. 

I lived across the street from there and experienced massive appreciation in 2015 ($50k).  

During the summers get hired as a labor with a general contractor then with a window company, a framing company and or concrete.
