And they are actually slowing losing market share, at least in my market.People always try to offer a product and service for less, you are not the first one with this idea.

Same with anyone who gets 20 experienced-backed responses to their question yet ghosts the thread. non response or proper thank yous on PM's have caused me to not do those anymore I might write one sentence but it is weird how common courtesy does not resonate  with so many people on SM or maybe just on this site..

@Justin Boyd just saw the location on this, I'm somewhat familiar with that market, we do quite a few retail deals in CLE and the surrounding areas, I'd be happy to give you an opinion on the site if its helpful.  

The taxes are killer though, you're going to lose probably like 30% of your paycheck.

I haven't advertised a rental on Craigslist since 2010 and it was full of scammers and other problems back then.It's hard to believe that site ever survived.

Reputation and referrals matter.I invest out of state, and I’ve been burned by bad contractors before—it’s a fast way to lose money.

I'm not looking to step on anyone's territory, rather wanting to help people that are in distressed mode because they are losing their home, are whatever the reason is that they are motivated to sell.
