A lot of people rent to college students and they seem to do well with co-signers because the parents are usually footing the bill anyway.

I would absolutely love to raise my price, but I don't want to shoot myself in the foot either, and just prolong the eventual sale.

Hey Rashaniqua- I'd recommend using the average price per square foot of the homes that sold in that area and multiply it by the number of square feet you have.

While you foot the bill yourself, your opponents are funded either by insurance coverage or with money from the association's treasury funded by all members.
