If you show someone that you are trustworthy by, say, being the volunteer who always shows up or by executing a leadership role in an organization very well, then that trust will spill over into your other activities.

After graduating from UNT with my Master's in Ed Leadership, I decided real estate was my next chapter!

Because I've grown to HATE corporate life.I currently work as a project manager for a dysfunctional technology company with a toxic culture and terrible leadership.

I began reading books about business, leadership, and investing and decided real estate was a field I wanted to get into.

Hopefully this won't get swept under the rug, and leadership will focus on addressing important issues like this to make the city better. 

I like what Eisenhower said: "Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it.

Does the local economic department have strong leadership and planning in place to grow the community??

I think other markets make sense IF you have the right expertise leadership.

Do you have the skills and leadership required to run & manage the project to completion in a timely fashion.
