They are doing some really innovative stuff.  

Whether you're dealing with a seller directly, or working through a realtor, most people are just not familiar with creative financing - and are therefore not open minded about the potential benefits of it (unfortunately people are scared of, and biased against, new/innovative things)

Here are some common-sense and innovative things I have seen, heard, or done myself to cut down on expenses:- Downsize the apartment/home.

It is a large enough parcel to fit several Assembly Row type structures, or its own massive innovation district which would be ideal for startups with their owners needing to travel frequently as it is off blue line train to airport.Just my 2 cents.

It is literally mind boggling how fast the current pace of innovation keeps increasing.
