Should I use the home inspector my agent suggested or should I bring in someone independently?

One of the challenges when you get to the point that you are at, is becoming independent, but also your ability to maintain your DTI ratio so that a bank will still loan to you.

We value each deal independently and agree on a fee structure (usually 1-5 points and 10-15% interest as a broad range).For context one of my company's business lines is first lien notes (hard money). 

I’ve spent the last several years working 80-100 hours a week and do not intend to do so forever and I believe real estate is my key to financial independence!

It’s for those kids I have a stronger desire than ever for financial independence.

Try an independent insurance agent, so they can shop it around to multiple companies. 

Seems to me roofer should give us an estimate independently..

I'm interesting in looking at markets in other cities and would like to get involved in multi-family properties and as I continue to learn begin innovating.The ultimate goal for me, like with many, if not most, others, is to attain financial independence as well as security.I'm super excited to get involved and learn as much as I can within this wonderful community!
