To be specific, we were waved the appraisal fee, no points, lowered percentage rate (to match a competitor bank) and half the cost of lenders fee.In the first Loan Estimate everything was incorrect.

@Cheryl Marks  Perhaps I'm reading it incorrectly, but it sounds like you did hire him (you signed a contract), he already sold your property (you've received a closing statement), and you were charged a fee for his services.
