@Moira Mosley-Duffy - In addition to the commentary already provided by @Milton Rivera and @Grant Rothenburger... it's worth mentioning that we've had a positive experience with the service called WeGoLook before entering due diligence, when purchasing properties remotely.They took updated pictures, did a 2 page (simple) PDF summary of neighborhood observations and we paid a couple extra bucks for iPhone videos of the neighborhood, to make sure we weren't purchasing properties in warzones.

I use iPhone to manage my vacation rentals.

So if your property appeals to a younger/millennial crowd (who, because they buy Android and not iPhone, you know are not great decision makers :) ), then it may be a good idea.

I used to be able to but I had to clear my cache on my iPhone and now I am only able to access the mobile version.

You won’t have to worry about the photos, or using the crappy iPhone photos from previously.

I once met a new investor for coffee at his request to "pick my brain", and he literally was playing video games on his iphone while we talked. 

My IPhone won't download/play it and I'd really like to see that Crest view.

iPads and iPhones kind of drive me nuts because they are so locked down.

I've kept the iPhone 6 Plus for yearssss and never gave into the more expense upgrade.

They also have the ability to relocate if they want, move to Europe for a year, etc  They are not building equity, but they are also not dealing with maintenance, etc.They actually took a hard look at buying something a couple years ago and after weighing all the Xs and Os, decided to keep renting and invest the difference.
