I like to counter act this by being as helpful as humanly possible.

They have a wonderful grasp of the unique time in human history that we all find ourselves.

Once in awhile I get requests from programmers trying to develop an app or some program for human intelligence, can't be done, while parts of the analysis can be accomplished much easier with technology we don't have artificial intelligence to make objective and subjective determinations.

We, as human, tend to take the path of least resistance.

So, charity and service get priority.If you don't understand the collateral, title or have some understanding of human nature, notes may not (yet) be a great fit for you.  

It's a innate human trait it seems.
