Everyone else on the planet has the same access to the home at the same price to the demand will drive up price.

The grass is always greener on the other side, and I can list as many positive as negative things about anywhere I've lived.

@Alexis Scott I think you are overlooking your home market for believing the grass is greener on the other side and most time it is not.

Someone bought a home in Palo Alto for 400k late 80s sold it for 2.5 today made 500k tax free ( best tax treatment on the planet I have done it 4 times in the bay area and it created my lifestyle) pays some tax comes to Orygun pays cash for a nice 500k home puts a millski in the bank.. that sort of thing all on one home to live in.. 

When you leave for greener pastures (a new brokerage), you do not want your clients to not be able to get in touch with you. 

I see a lot of newer people also chasing cap rates all over the country.... seeing 10-15% in 'greener pasteurs'  Only for them to really make 2-5% due to higher vacancy or hidden repairs...or lose their shirts to a lawsuit due to mismanagement.  

You are now infringing upon their ability to "save the planet". 

We can't predict exponentially accelerated intelligence's effect on civilization but suffice it to say, there won't be jobs, and humans will have little utility on the planet, at least from the perspective of intelligent machines.
