I will be visiting San Diego week of May 30 and would love to grab coffee with any BP members active in the area (already connected with some BP members which is exciting)!

Other Colorado cities such as Colorado Springs and Greeley also offer good investment opportunities and haven't experienced a shock like Denver- you just have to be willing to search for the deals.I'd love to grab a drink or coffee sometime and discuss your real estate goals and see if we can help each other out somehow.

I've had a lot of recent activity in the Ravenstone subdivision (east Durham, at Hwy 98 and Sherron Rd), and there was one foreclosure in there that I wish I could've grabbed in time!

On the bright side, I passed a neighborhood on the way there that looked promising, and sure enough when I pulled in on my way home, I grabbed about 15 addresses of home with deferred maintenance sitting in a neighborhood with a 150k+ recent median sales price.  

People have been grabbing them up since they put in the new rail system by the schools.
