There's something solid and reassuring about investing in properties that can provide steady income over time, even if they don't look like the biggest moneymakers on paper.In my real estate career, I've explored various avenues, from fix-and-flips to working with multi-family units and even considering out-of-state investments.

In addition to this, I own a property in Plantation, Florida, where I’m exploring the potential to add apartments or convert it into a multifamily unit.

Do one and become really good at that and then explore other strategies.

South Dallas is definitely seeing a lot of changes, and gentrification can create opportunities, but it can also come with its challenges, especially with changing property values and tenant dynamics.If you’re open to exploring other markets, I’d highly recommend looking into Oklahoma, particularly cities like Norman and Tulsa.
