I've said this on BP before, but as an unlicensed operator there is no reason to make your own documents when you can buy the forms under license from formulator or other form providers.

I have some ideas I'm going to put together and formulate what I believe will be successful in marketing but I'd like to hear some other strategies that are working for you in your market.

The bottom line is that there are enough free sources that you can get the information you are seeking on any topic.I love BP, but I also find it best to get information from a variety of sources and formulate my own plan of attack.

You also have the ability to sign up for Lifestyles Quest, an online tool that imports data from the MLS for comps, rent comps etc and formulates the final estimated numbers on the deal that you are looking at.

For me, it adds weight to the answer that is being formulated in the post.
