I was told i was getting a licenced plumber and i did did not. 

However they have tighter licencing requirements now.  

Living in Ohio from my understanding wholesaling is illegal because when you are not allowed to market a property without a licence.

I use my last name most of the time, that way you don't have to get a Fictitious Name License too.....But I've used a variety of other names as well....whatever strikes my fancy at the time....

I thought it was really strange that an inspection and $50 licence fee every four years would be holding that many people back... 

if you do not have experience in construction, or managing construction I would agree, I am currently building a spec house and Licenced GC and HVAC, so I feel I am there.  

The document was misleading to the point I felt had it been a representation for a more regulated financial instrument such as a stock the broker licence would be jeopardized.   

In my case, my hot water, stove, and heat is mainly gas, so I was able to get away with 200A service to the home and a 120A sub-panel in the ADU.Also, standard disclaimer about me not being a licenced electrician so take my advice with a grain of salt.

See her with your eyes, and ask her to hold up her drivers licence to the camera while inside the house.On the same call you might want to talk to her about changing the furnace filters regularly to prevent damage to the furnace (sometimes in the all the commotion of moving they forget).Walk her over to the filter door and have her open it on camera, so she knows how--and tell her to never run the furnace with no filter.
