This market has exploded over the last year and shows no signs of slowing down.

This is just a 6 month time bomb waiting to explode.

Where do I start 😁 I think the biggest big picture goals I have for 2022 is two fold.. 1st to take better care of myself and family, both in health, fitness and quality time.2nd is to hire, delegate and create systems to make the 1st goal a reality.In 2021 we worked are butt off to set ourselves up to explode and be extremely successful in REI.  

Should I consider investing in this area since it is very close to Crestview/Highland area which has just about exploded in the past couple of years, I believe this area is changing and was going to ask for some advice.

I purchased a SFH 6 bedrooms / 4.5 baths in Salt Lake county in the Silicon Slopes area with exploding growth and very expensive apartments.

The Coast has exploded with people moving here because they can now work remotely.

This was an anomoly though because they purchased the property before the pandemic and the house is in a neighborhood about an hour from New York City so our housing market exploded.
