I have a million questions about this business and I am gaining knowledge everyday thanks to my hour commute to work and BP podcasts.

I've been looking at listings about every day over the past few months and theres a ton of move in ready/currently occupied homes in New Albany for around 40-60K(again, the areas these homes are in aren't quite the best).

We are hiring right now and don't have enough help to finish our rehabs fast enough and are cycling through new leads every day.

I have a great job but Id rather mountainbike and hunt every day while my kids still like hanging out with us.  

Thanks Corey Moody for the help on this one, btw.After this, I jokingly mentioned to Ashley that by the time she quits, she may not have anything to do within the company if I can figure out how to work less and outsource more of my daily tasks.Fast forward 6 months, while I haven't figured out how to not work at all, I have outsourced almost all desktop, minimum wage tasks....Every day, I get emails similar to this one below from my VA team in the Philippines.

I totally understand - who has time to do BP every day.

I fix it as quickly as I can to the best of my ability but I am under no obligation to make their life perfect every minute of every day.

I defiantly learn something new every day, this site is part of that process.Jeph

Of course, especially while having a regular 9-5 to get up and go to every day but I was committed and I still am to my goal of creating a rental portfolio that can help me eventually achieve financial freedom.
