Makes sense when thinking about it- the US offers that as an incentive for investing on US soil, I don't think the govt wants to actively encourage foreign investment by giving us a domestic benefit.

I’m afraid I DON’T have encouraging words for you….Active real estate investing is an ENTREPRENEURAL activity, if you’re like MOST people and more toward the groupthink side than you probably should consider PASSIVE real estate investing which is more investment than business.

Otherwise @Ronald Rohde is a popular local attorney here on BP and in Dallas that you might want to consult.You could of course use a 3 day quit letter or whatever notice is required in your lease and see if that is enough to encourage them to move out.
