Auction.com will say in the specific disclaimer for that property what warranties or type or title is being conveyed and under what conditions you get your deposit back for.Auction has silent bidders as employees for the sellers so the process to me is rigged in a negative way.If starting bid is 300k for example and you bid 305k and the auction goes for 3 days then a worker for Auction posing as a buyer can bid 310k.
