My plan was to get my Real Estate license in Ohio and continue to do that, but now if I move, I want to consider an entire different career from what I do now (Manufacturing).I'm still thinking about obtaining a Real Estate License and trying to become a Realtor and Investor.I wouldn't mind working for a Property Management company or even trying to start a small property management company if there is a need or opportunity for it.What kind of careers are available for someone that would like to stay involved in Real Estate as a means to learn more about the facets of Real Estate in Jacksonville.

And that is with spending on marketing and waiting for awhile.In most areas here you would have to absolutely steal it to get a duplex for 40K, or you would be in an area that I would not consider an option at all, especially for remote ownership.
