I was hoping I could get recommendations on a good CPA experienced with dealing in rental property in the Sarasota/Venice/Port Charlotte Florida are. Who are you guys using...?

Agreed Steve has been very candid & spot on with my convoluted questions/issues.

If my 'convenient' CPA screws up again this year I'll be going to Steve.
