After my renovations, I'm getting up to $650+ all utilities gas,electric, water, trash for those units which is high for this neighborhood (they're cool mid-century modern properties and nicely sited by a park) but right on the other side of the park is a large public housing project. $650 is slightly over the median for a one bedroom in the greater Akron area and I'm probably doing better than it seems because water/sewer/trash is tenant paid in these units and in Akron it's more often landlord paid.
