Just because it's been a full calendar year now since my wife and I closed on our first property, I figured I would post this to celebrate.

Had the funds been transferred on time you could still be frustrated with your agent, while you sit at home and pop a Champaign bottle to celebrate your new purchase with family/loved ones.

Hi @Hiram Lopez, the problem with Zestimetes is that they don't know the condition of the property. 

Just imagine if the average homeowner grabs some equity, they spend it like most consumers on a boat/RV or a new car or a pandemic ending celebration vacation and then interest rates rise, the hotair comes out of the housing market, prices contract and you can imagine the results if we do have an economic slowdown.
