i took a course last year on finding tenants who want to purchase a house but they can not due to bad credit --> lease optionsi have a paper that shows me how to fix their credit. basically i file a complaint. 1 letter to credit bureaus, 1 letter to creditors (best buy etc.) and letter 3 to the credit bureaus again.has anyone ever done this?

Btw, when someone asks us where we got their name (when it's a pre-foreclosure or mortgage late), we'll generally say, "While we are not affiliated with them, the banks and credit bureaus provide names of people who are late on their mortgage or are in foreclosure in the hopes that people like us can help negotiate a win/win solution."
