Start with an Architect who has experience with Pre-fab homes.

Do you know any Architect recommendation who has experience in Jersey city, hoboken, weehawken and union city? 

Make sure you use an architect with experience in small lot subdivisions and consult with them now - they may be able to help you avoid a mess where you buy the property and your plans get blocked.
