I have been listening to you talk like nonstop for a week - is that weird to think about - all of us BP addicts go on total listening binges and get to hear your voice in our heads when we are thinking about deals, etc.?  

I've voiced this to other wholesalers who put their buyers in jeopardy but as long as they're getting a check after closing, they couldn't care less.

But then I woke up when I realized it was never about whatever nararative I had practiced struggling to use the right words and inflection in my voice.

YOU need the live interaction the reflection of voices the smooth and quick one line objection handling techniques etc etc.. now wholesaling is all about marketing and sales.. yet no one focuses on how sales skills only marketing IE yellow letters and door knock etc.. but now what the heck to do when you do get a lead.. that is were the money is made anyone can market that's simply a function of money..

Get a cell phone and a google voice number.

I use a Google Voice number for ads.).
