You tube is an awesome source as long as you can tell the real between the false.

I saw a YouTube video by Joe Crump, who explained what it's all about.

We had a lot of help from friends and family and YouTube. 

He has a lot of great content on YouTube that will help.  

I've been cramming info into my head on REI using podcast, books and youtube videos. 

Welcome George.Being fairly new here my self the best advice I can give is read as much information as you possibly can on Biggerpockets, listen to podcasts subscribe to the youtube channel.

That day I think I felt like that scene in the Matrix when Neo starts seeing the code and the music starts.

We are mostly interested in Buy and Hold Investments, with an emphasis on multi-family units, but we are also considering the occasional flip when the market is right I found the Bigger Pockets podcasts on YouTube and am hooked, I'm so excited to have access to such an awesome community, especially being a newbie!

Of course if I subdivide it I would be able to take 20 feet of the edge of this land and set it aside for an easement for that piece of property.I don't want to keep this property anyway so hearing sell sell sell is music to my ears.
