I've opened up a Solo Roth 401k at E*Trade Financial and now that I'm showing income from my Rental Property business, I'll be able to contribute all $20,000 per year from Net Rental Income plus another $20,000 from Uber/Lyft rideshare business for a total of $40,000/year, each year over the next ten years. 

She's never harmed anything whereas a tenant's "foo-foo purse dog" ate the drywall in one of our units. 

On my first deployment I went six months before I made my first phone call and ate my first meal that was hot.

It's no different than if McDonald's told us how much weight we would gain if we ate Chicken Nuggets.

I have a BIG kero bullet heater that I got off a mechanic who worked outside, he said that he'd work in a tee shirt out in the dead of winter, this thing throws so much heat.

They had nice cars and car payments, did vacations, had nice clothes and ate out all the time when they were younger. 

The other ways have been too slow for me and we've had some expenses that ate into the savings I built up, limiting the types of decent properties I could buy to... basically nothing.

My back-of-the-envelope calculations already ate up like half of it.Another poster asked about this so on the blog, so I won't belabor the point - and certainly don't want to pour cold water on your very evident enthusiasm!
