Talk with an Accommodator.

There are so many great people and resources throughout BP that will be great to build a foundation and continue you learning.

So, I talked to the current tenant got her bills (I knew how much they would be roughly since I had a rental up the street I was remodeling to get on the market).

Go to some meetings ahead of applying, talk to the members of the board and ask questions if you have any.
