It can range from knowing how to time your Spring listing specifically between March Madness opening weekend and the Masters... to spending that extra 5k on landscaping to better showcase a feature... to bringing in that unbiased female (opposite sex) to give you feedback that you reluctantly applied to the design.Finding like-minded founders is important to me as the experiences are easier to compare.  

I think there are a lot of adults who could benefit from learning safe sex practices, tolerance for others, and science -- not just kids.

We all deal with the opposite sex in our own way to some degree, just natural that I won't speak to a lady as I do a guy, I won't go in her locker room, ya know?
