Now bit my wife and I make a good salary and our decision to invest was to add supplemental income to our already outstanding retirement plan. has anyone heard of Cody Sperber"the clever investor" or worked their program.  

We're both health professionals and make a decent income, so we're more looking for supplemental income and not really trying to replace it. 

Do you really think that getting a commission based sales job to supplement your income is bad advice?

They get stuck in massive debt and fight to keep from going under.Had they taken another path and invested into great properties with equity growth they might be sitting on 1,000,000 total net worth in 3 years getting a nice income stream to supplement.

While I agree with many others on this thread that you cannot ignore traditional means of getting business, I think social media ads are a great (and cheap) way to supplement your business.So, to answer your original question, I'll post to social media less and focus my time on the ads I want to run to generate leads.

Supplemental income earned by a single- or multi-member LLC through ownership of real estate or intellectual property can be reported on Schedule E to Form 1040.

It is a great way to supplement your normal income and generate cash flow while getting property value appreciation (if you pick the right markets)! 

My supplement to that downtown LA status report, would be the lower standard of living =Li thought there would be less apparent homeless roaming around in downtown LA than NYC.. not more.

Is there additional supplemental insurance you can purchase as part of the homeowner's insurance policy?
