spending $10k on mailing may get the phone ringing but your probably going to miss a few.

Even for rent/sale listings in urban zips phone rings off the hook and even ppl go by knocking asking if the garage is for rent or rent-to-own and so on since would be perfect for 'GROW UP'.They are even blunt about how the biz is and will split generous profits.

I'm sure I could change the cartridge and rings inside to fix, but I could also purchase a brand new faucet for under $50, too.

It will help your networking if you can make it to "The RING" meetup that is happening this coming Tuesday in Baton Rouge! 

And for your toilet it most have a base plate so you just have to get a wax ring with the bolts an upper plate.
