I'm not sure where/why "wine" made the list, although I'm certainly not opposed to buying myself a nice vineyard LOL! 

Hi Nicolas, just out of curiosity, how much is the house you are targeting? 

I tested one in the fall last year with olive oil, red wine, and a boiling pot of hot water.

Hi Christian,If you want to live a high end middle class lifestyle off of your wages you will save less.A brand new Lexus, and a tablecloth dinner out for you and the Mrs. with wine and all the fixings every Friday and a maid once a week will eat up a lot of what you could save.Cutting your lifestyle down to the basics for a while will let you sock more away.Good Luck!

I also very much like Walla Walla and you have world class wine and you will have world class area follow that's happening as well..

We could get something on the ocean beach or in a coastal town, along the Puget Sound or San Juan Islands, on a secluded lake, in a resort lake town, in the mountains, out in the woods, something in wine country, somewhere in sunny Eastern Washington. . . we could buy an existing home or a large piece of land and build a cabin (or three); the possibilities seem endless right now, which is causing my head to spin.I am very much looking forward to starting on this journey and learning from, and contributing to this site.
