If you do single her out like this, and she can prove that your intent was to purposefully get rid of her and her ESA (this thread certainly helps her case if she comes across it), then you're partaking in the exact discrimination that the ADA prohibits, and you're looking at a potential lawsuit.The way I see it, younger generations (millennials and gen Z) are very attached to their animals and treat them more as family that past generations have, and landlords and owners are smart to begin to come up with ways to allow animals, and even monetize.

If you are going to generate all of these leads, you need to properly monetize all of them, meaning that you make sure that you are making as much money on all of them that you can so that you are getting back all of the dollars you are spending and then some.

.- if it's a good deal that you can buy buy it, if you can't buy it send it to another investor and build relationshipsI am possibly missing other possibilities but none that I found simple enough.The problem otherwise in trying to monetize all ok-good lead is trying to analyse everything but not everything is worth it.
