My background is in web design and development, and I currently work as a web technology consultant in Richmond.

I will be graduating in 2 weeks from Stevens Institute of Technology with a BS in computer science.

Probably can't be measured in pure $$ but will make living there more enjoyable.Adding a bath is IMO (and statistically proven) a moneymaker, particularly if you can do most/all work yourself, partiuclarly the "finish" like tiling, because it's very labor intensive.IIRC single bath houses have been considered "technologically" obsolete since the early '80 by the Amer.

Emails are even quicker, normally within the 1/2 hour since God's blessed us with the technology of the Treo (mobile emails).

If you look at Silicon Valley and other technology centers around the US housing prices are pretty stable or rising.At this stage it is all about employment and how much froth there was in the prior few years.

Assuming that everyone here is an investor or an investor to be...How many folks are from the technology field?

Security, medical, technology, opportunity, environmental, civil rights, and equality (especially for women) are just not as they are in the US.
