I noticed with Airbnb's dynamic pricing it is a lot lower than what my pricing software/revenue manager recommend. 

I have used tons different CRMS, lead gen, deal anaylzing software and they all seem more or less the same to me...prop stream, deal check, rei simpli, podio, etc. etc.

One bug report and one request:1) LinkedIn account link feature asks for the full web address, and then puts it in the URL twice, which returns an error.2) Can we add "Asset Management" to the list of Software > Specializations? 

I am unaware of anything you can do to automate that (there could be a software solution out there). 

Paying the IRS if not through the tax software should just be simply going to their website?

I am a software engineering manager, and I work fully offline, so no problems at all.

Too much risk and sets bad boundaries for tenants.Many use Venmo, Zelle or just have tenants deposit at their bank (local branch).There are also several free DIY PM softwares that have rent payment built in, but they charge the tenants a fee to do so (that's how the companies make money).
