I use a registered investment advisor who specializes in peer-to-peer lending and they plug their automated platform interface into Prosper to select the loans.

I actually like Grant Street better since they have more data and an better interface to download results and data.

If somebody who is familiar with working with permitting were to interface with the city maybe they would know how to get things done.   

This will expedite viewings,bidding ,and interface with HUD and their Asset Managers!

But, if you're keen on a rocket-like portal / interface - Kiavi would be the best way to go. 

I have found that although higher the better, sometimes a good bank/cu that consistently places in the top 10% of rates while providing great service and user interface is just as important.
