They are 220v/15A double-pole breakers, which is just a weird size here in the states.  2 - the local codes sometimes want you to have an AC disconnect box at each unit, but sometimes this is based on current draw.

@Tom Gimer@Steve Vaughan  biggest disconnect we have between attorney states like were you practice and title and escrow company states.. is those doing business with you like you said get the benefit of a bonafide attorney looking at each transaction.. whereas out our way.. its your senior escrow officer and title officer which neither are attorneys.. they are sharp and know how to do these transactions.. but they don't practice law.and like you said if you go to an attorney out our way your going to spend 1 to 3k at 300 to 500 a hour .were you guys do this work for set fee's and your time is not on the clock..

All of the reviews are tied to personal information of the host, not address of the accommodation - many hosts have multiple listings, and all of the reviews show up on the individual listing page, but also always point back to the host.Clearly, the disconnect here is that you're carrying extra liability and your property is experiencing additional wear&tear - all without any additional benefit to you.

The "line" is the hot wire:Worst case scenario, if you ever run across a place wired with no grounds and are feeling really conscientious, you can replace the two prong outlets with GFCI's (Ground Fault Circuit Interruptors) and leave the ground disconnected, as the GFCI will still operate without a ground wire.

The loose wire will periodically connect and then disconnect at unpredictable times perhaps even "connect" with a small gap that allows the power to flow but requires more of it to complete the connection.
