I’ve been hearing people like David Greene saying that he’s been putting in a coronavirus-specific clause in the agreement so I wondered if that was an option for us.

With the Coronavirus, we have slowed down, but still looking for opportunities.

March 2020 - Decided on design /floor plan--- Corona virus uncertainty pause ---Jan 2021 - Picked things up again, engaged the engineerFeb 2021 - Submitted the plans to the city planner for the preliminary review.

I know times are tough right now and the worst part of it all is the uncertainty and the lack of control we have dealing with this coronavirus.

After the whole Corona virus thing is over maybe we can all get together and share our stories.Be well.

Unfortunately due to the Coronavirus and all the shutdowns I haven't been able to progress further, but hopefully next year things might change a bit.
