No more going over on the 1st every month to collect rent, I get a notification on the last day of the month that payments are processing, 2-3 business days later the money is in the bank.  

Each day I check and it says it's being disbursed today and should be deposited in my account in 5-7 business days.

Although this was on a primary residence, I saw one close a cash-out refinance in less than 2 weeks by having loan docs sent out to escrow 3 business days after the borrower approached the lender; it still took 8-9 business days to close because of mandatory waiting periods on primary residences (such as 7 days from the CD and the 3-day right-of-rescission period). 

I didn't sign up for/pay the expedited service, but I receive my deposits within 1-3 business days after the payment has been made. 

They receive a pay early discount if they pay the business day before it's due.

They should return your non-emergency calls and emails within one business day.

The Arlington white took 12-15 business days to ship... just FYI.As far as any things to look out for, laying out kitchens can be easy, or a nightmare, depends on your experience.

It also shows them the statement, charges, history of payments and a running account balance.The processing takes 3 business days for ACH and 24 hours for Credit Cards. 

I'm scheduling those new showing requests the next business days (I have work), but 2/3rds have been cancelling. 

Now the terms at these auctions are usually $5,000 Deposit in Cash or Certified Funds due the day of auction; balance to 10% due within 5 business days, and Close in 30 days.
