Our lease prohibits swimming pools, trampolines and the use of grills on a porch attached to a building.   

What I wouldn't give for a good Korean BBQ...lol.

Some charge extra for using the grill too!

Of they were serious they’d ban BBQ’s, gas lawn equipment and pets.

It's rare but when it happens you also usually find your propane BBQ tank on close to empty!!!!

I have all of the things in the example lease, and I added extra clauses for things like keeping track of keys and locksmiths, burning candles and grills safely, cleaning and lawncare, an expanded clause on not clogging drains, no pools, etc.

Besides safety, the maintenance and life of the deck and stairs are compromised because of items sitting on the wood not letting it dry properly and restricting the ability to clean and maintain it.There shall be no use of grills on the wooden deck because it can cause a fire hazard and can damage the wood with grease or ash.

Landmark Grill on Justin Rd. just off of I-35 has a nice back room as well. 

We manage a lakefront house that has no beach access or anything else other than a great view, fire pit, and nice grill, and we’re still getting top dollar for it. 

As I turned 40, each time I eat a BBQ sandwich, I have to practically fast for 3 days so that I don't gain weight.
