Hey everyone my name is Chris I'm from central Arkansas.

I have been thinking MF just because it seems easier to acquire more units that way, and also there ar enot too many cash flowinf SFR's in my area.

As you drive around keep your eyes peeled for a brick layer ar work.

But, there were only 4 properties in the whole state of Arkansas last week.

We both have "very good" credit and roughly 25k to invest, we are planning to buy in AR (low cost of living) you can buy an entire house for that, However we plan to buy one on a construction loan fix it up and owner financing it.

I have only one daughter that is getting to start her third year at The University of Arkansas and I miss seeing her around now because I spent so much time with her growing up.  

I am wondering how West Fork would be for a buy and hold house.

My 80 year old dad wants to get rid of some properties he's had in Arkansas for 30 plus years.  

By and Large my business takes on problems from irresponsible people, fixes them and offers a beautiful property to responsible people.In just the last 6 months:I bought a thrashed house from the parent of a pill popping gun nut who had numerous run-ins with the police, including an armed stand-off with an AR-15!!
