I managed to save up so far $42,000 this year, pay of the car, wedding :) and all credit cards.

I don't think the government (Fed, State, county, whatever) can force anyone to take section 8 tenant.With regard to the ability to change your financial status, I can argue about it but I don't think this thread is the venue.

In addition, I joined a sportsman's club in 2009 and have gotten started shooting in USPSA, IDPA, Action Pistol, American Steel Plates, and other defensive pistol type venues.

However, name any single REI venue and you find some investor who finds fault with it.

I have my first wholesale appointment weds should I make the seller an offer right there and do I take contracts with me and what if the seller wants proof of funds at that time 

I have my first Wholesale showing this coming weds do I make an offer to the seller right there and do I bring the buyer seller contract and do I bring the assignment contract also or wait until I contact the initial buyer and wait for them to sign it
