And got the upper/lower water damage fixed and repaired. 

The reason the shower is being replaced is because they notified me of a water leak coming from the shower.

That makes the steps look nice, but they do stand out as different.I prefer tile for bathrooms since they are more at risk of getting wet and having sitting water.
