Hey all, first post here and excited to be a part of the community.I would like advice from experienced investors on their recommended incorporation structure for a business that will raise money from external investors to use in funding equity requirements of lenders in in fix/flips and BRRRR rentals. 

@Jarred Nisenfeld If you want cheap real estate why travel all the way to Reading when you have North Philadelphia in your backyard? 

Travel is mine, I wanna see the world, meet people, and experience life outside my comfort zone. 

She stays on the property maybe 2 or 3 times a year when not traveling out of the country.

If this tenant can't afford the $100 increase, I will have to travel back and spend the time and money getting the house ready for a new tenant (paint, carpets, etc) , not to mention decide whether I will hire a company to deal with the rental and the new tenant, which could mean 10% of monthly rent or I will have to deal with it long distance myself and hope for the best. 

Since you are living there, it should be much easier to set up showings rather than a traditional rental traveling to the property.The biggest mistake I have made, and seen other makes, is loosening their guidelines after a few weeks/months of vacancy because they have simply had enough. 

I travel a lot so considering a multifamily by somewhere I already travel and being able to stay in it.

CoStar now owns Loopnet, Apartments.com, Lands of America, Smith Travel Research, BizBuySell, and other sites.

We loose almost all of the site line if my neighbor decides to put up a sign, plant shrubs, let their tree overgrow, etc. and this is in the riskier direction from our stand point.Our argument was that we have 400' in the direction that has a flat straight away (theoretically faster traveling traffic) and have 3xx' in a direction that the traffic is traveling up hill with a shorter stopping distance and time, most traffic will be coming off of an Interstate off ramp which in theory they would be well under the speed limit when as they approach our property.To answer your question: I am undecided if I will do more development projects.

Not quite a new member as I've been lurking these forums for years, finally deciding to get serious and figured doing the "New Member Introduction" post would be a good step.Briefly about me:  I'm currently working as a merchant mariner (3rd Mate) and I travel for work about half the year, looking to get into real estate investing to supplement my income and begin building a portfolio during the half of the year when I am home.
