For example yesterday I received 4 calls and 5 texts to find out when the lawn would be mowed, and to complain again about my contractor’s storage trailer that has been onsite for about 2 months.

Furthermore, on the cost and labor side, there has been no/limited easing.Personally, I do not think that the luxury traveler is in the market for April and May.

If there are no studios, I’d be a little wary unless you know for sure your demographic will be solo travelers, couples, or people working remotely. 

With limited experience you bring a lot of risk into the picture that combined with travel and delays could spell disaster.
