Started doing orange peel texture on walls and knockdown on ceiling and really turns any dated property into a modern.

I have learned that you cannot over-do-it nor under-do the design of a vacation house, here's why...If you over do it - make sure you do it right and that takes a professional eye to know which pop of colors you can mix and match as well as which textures and flow go together... if you do over do it and it's correct you'll get a lot of inquiries for bachelorette and bachelor groups - make sure that's your targeted location and what you're going for in the design and size of your house.
