If the circulator pump is on the way out it may be struggling to move the water upstairs and might explain that the water moves for a few seconds but then slows to a trickle.

Yeah, I feel like changing habits is an ongoing struggle throughout our lives. 

I would recommend watching the Netflix series “Stay Here” where they re-do STRs that are struggling.

In a market where people are struggling to find properties, we are finding more than we can keep up with.

I don't mean to discredit the posters above as I've seen them make great points in other threads, but just because a property won't appreciate or attract anything but struggling people doesn't equate to "beware" or "move elsewhere."

Right now there is huge demand, but that will eventually slow down and if you aren’t used to producing your business, you may struggle at that point.4) I work 7am-3:30pm and find that it works pretty well.
