@Christian Knapp do you know if your dad can provide stamped letters too?

If there is any shot of approval though, you would need stamped comprehensive plans that provide sufficient egress and from there you will need to have the right attorney sell it to the city.

(this may sound like a stupid question) But did you buy a bunch of stamp for each individual letter/postcard?

@Chasing Vega When you send a document for recording, the county recorders office is not verifying who owns an LLC, they are only checking to see if the documents meets their requirements to be recorded (e.g. page formatting, upper white space for book/page stamp, font size, signed and dated, legal description, grantor/grantee info, notary stamp, etc.) 

Who pays the phone bill, utilities, stamps, etc. 

Trail Cameras are motion activated, can take pictures and video, date/time stamp, and they usually can see in the dark so you can catch them at night.

The history and vibe of that neighborhood is amazing and the idea that I could put my stamp on a property there was intriguing.

Instead I have a piece of paper with a stamp on it that is on the bottom of a desk drawer at my parents place collecting dust.
